Based in Worcester, Phillip has been a member of the staff team since the late 1980s, and team leader since 2000. In that time he has also been part time vicar of Anglican parishes in Redditch and Worcester and knows the county well.
He now combines the role of team leader with responsibility for agricultural and rural life issues for the Diocese of Worcester under the job title of Mission Development Officer - Economy. He is chaplain to Wychavon District Council and is part of the Worcester Livestock Market chaplaincy team.
Phillip also works on issues related to faith, work and the economy and some of his reflections on this can be found on his blog at Theoconomics.
